CLIKE:y (Hangul: 클리키; Japanese: クリッキーpronounced as CLICKY) is the official fandom name for the girl group CLASS:y.

History

2022

CLASS:y asked for suggestions for their fandom name through their fan cafe. The name was announced during the group's debut showcase on May 4, 2022, the day before their debut.

2023

On May 4, 2023, CLASS:y joined the community platform Weverse, to celebrate the first year anniversary of CLIKE:y and CLASS:y.

Name Meaning

The name "CLIKE:y" comes from the English words "click" and "clique":

• "The phrase to click with someone or something means to immediately like someone or something.
• "Clique is a small and exclusive group of people with shared interests or other features in common."
• It's also spelled with the word "LIKE" in the middle, meaning someone who likes CLASS:y and someone who CLASS:y likes.

CLASS:y does not have an official light stick. CLASS:y currently uses an acrylic lightstick until they will get an official one.

The acrylic light stick was revealed on July 15, 2022 and sales began on July 20, 2022.
